Perhaps you may have the same question that was on somebody else’s mind-here you will find what you are looking for. What is Cancelation or Return Policy?

You may cancel your order or booking before your product/service has shipped. If the cancellation is made after your product or service has shipped/ delivered, it will be canceled by initiating a refund. You may call our customer care department to initiate a refund at any time.

 

What Time Period Do I Have to Return the Product & Within?

You can return any product bought from ProOne before the product is installed at your place. This should be done within 15 days from the date of the invoice.

 

How and When Will I Get My Refund?

At ProOne, we will initiate the refund process once you receive the package with the item in it. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order refund will be initiate within 15 days of receiving the package. Please note we will not be able to return payment the same by cheque or cash.

 

What is your warranty policy?

ProOne is warranted against defects arising from faulty design workmanship and material for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.

 

What is your return policy?

To return a product purchased (full payment made through online payment gateway) on  just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and Email it to 
At ProOne, we will refund to you the entire payment of the returned item, less applicable bank charges of 2.5%, Services Tax 10% on the bank charges and EXCESS of 0.3% on Service Tax. Please note that we will provide a refund facility both for products or services bought from our online store.
